OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE, Miami-Dade Region
Brief Description: We are looking for a motivated individual who can successfully sell and represent our entire product line of Miami-Dade-approved, impact-resistant windows and doors. Astor Windows' products are targeted to homeowners, contractors, architects and interior designers for both residential and commercial projects
Job Duties: Sales Reps must prospect and service both new and recurring clients on leads generated by Astor Windows marketing efforts. Prospecting tasks include taking field measurements, present product, estimate most cost-effective glazing options and close the deal. Servicing accounts entails following up with clients throughout the life of the project, fostering close relationships with installation crews.
Compensation Package: Compensation package includes base salary plus sales commission, a mileage allowance and a cell phone.

Preferred Requirements:
- College degree and/or 2-4 years of relevant sales experience.
- Knowledge of the construction industry with the ability to read blueprints and do take-offs.
